About the Publication
Ti Similla Online derives from the name of the Official Newsletter of the Academic Staff of the University of the Philippines Baguio, the Ti Similla.
The website is aimed at reaching a wider audience online while sustaining the tradition of the newsletter. It is administered by the Office of Public Affairs of UP Baguio.
The Bulletin section contains the articles on various UP Baguio news and happenings as well as personal takes on relevant matters. These articles are eventually published in the newsletter. The Ti Similla Issues page is the repository of the digital copies of the current and past issues of the newsletter.
